Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
✓ Unused, unopened products in original packaging
✓ Faulty or incorrect items
✓ Change of mind (conditions apply)
Non-Returnable Items:
✗ Opened personal care/nursing products
✗ Custom-made or special-order items
✗ Gift cards
2. How to Return
Online Purchases:
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Select “Request Return”
- Print prepaid NZ return label (if eligible)
In-Store Purchases:
Return to any participating retailer with original receipt
3. Refund Processing
- Timeframe: 5-10 business days after we receive items
- Method: Original payment or store credit (your choice)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for faulty items)
4. International Returns
- Customer covers return shipping
- Must include customs declaration as “Returned Goods”
- Refund excludes original international shipping costs
5. Faulty Products
For manufacturing defects:
- Report within 14 days via support form
- Provide photos/video evidence
- We cover return shipping
Warranty Claims:
- 12-month warranty on most items
- Proof of purchase required
6. Change of Mind
- Return shipping at customer’s expense
- Restocking fee may apply for large items (10-20%)
