Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
✓ Unused, unopened products in original packaging
✓ Faulty or incorrect items
✓ Change of mind (conditions apply)

Non-Returnable Items:
✗ Opened personal care/nursing products
✗ Custom-made or special-order items
✗ Gift cards

2. How to Return

Online Purchases:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Select “Request Return”
  3. Print prepaid NZ return label (if eligible)

In-Store Purchases:
Return to any participating retailer with original receipt

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: 5-10 business days after we receive items
  • Method: Original payment or store credit (your choice)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for faulty items)

4. International Returns

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Must include customs declaration as “Returned Goods”
  • Refund excludes original international shipping costs

5. Faulty Products

For manufacturing defects:

  1. Report within 14 days via support form
  2. Provide photos/video evidence
  3. We cover return shipping

Warranty Claims:

  • 12-month warranty on most items
  • Proof of purchase required

6. Change of Mind

  • Return shipping at customer’s expense
  • Restocking fee may apply for large items (10-20%)
